Pengelly is a 1 bedroom flat in an elevated position in West Looe with nice views of the river. This property would be considered suitable for those able to comfortably manage stairs.
The road is wide enough to allow unloading without blocking traffic flow. The dedicated parking space is in the Millpool car park 15 minutes walk away. The shops and facilities of East Looe are a 10 minute walk away. A bus service operates from the main bus stop which is a 10 minute walk and is located outside the Old Bridge GP surgery. The Looe railway station is a 15 minute walk. The beaches of East Looe are a 15 minute walk and the quieter, smaller beaches at Hannafore, West Looe are a 10-15 minute hilly walk. The nearest public telephone is in the East Looe car park approx 10mins walk from Pengelly.
Exterior: From the road there is a path with 15 steps to the front door of the building then a further 27 steps to the door of the property.
