Celtic Shores is a modern development of security gated apartments situated right on the beach in the pretty coastal village of Downderry, about 8 miles east of Looe. The accommodation is on the first floor easily accessed by stairs or lift and this spacious apartment has a good sized balcony with garden furniture and wonderful sea and coastal views. The main living area is the open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchen and it is from here that the balcony is accessed. There is colour TV, DVD and SKY (please bring your own card) and radio/CD player etc. the kitchen is very well fitted with a ceramic hob set in a marble work surface, a built in oven and microwave, fridge and freezer The washer/drier is situated in the small utility room. The double bedroom with king sized bed has an en-suite shower room and there is a beautifully appointed family bathroom. A twin bedded room completes the accommodation. Two, secure car parking spaces are provided and there are communal gardens leading to the adjoining beach.
