In an elevated position in the attractive seaside village of Downderry Derry View provides very comfortable accommodation for two. From the private parking area the property is approached up a short flight of steps and entered through a small glazed conservatory. The accommodation is arranged on the ground floor level with the owners accommodation above. There is a very sunny open plan sitting room kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room. A super feature of the apartment is the large patio which has stunning sea views from the Rame peninsula to the east across the expanse of Looe Bay to the ancient port of Looe in the west. The town of Looe can be reached by car in 10/15 minutes and Plymouth in half an hour via the Torpoint ferry. The stroll to the beach (sand & shingle) is less than 5 minutes and Downderry has a well stocked local shop, a coffee shop, restaurant and pub/eatery all within a short walk. This is a lovely property, beautifully maintained and ideally situated for a quiet and relaxing break with excellent amenities close by. Bed linen but not towels provided.
The property consists of two flats with the top flat occupied and the lower accommodation available for couples. It is not suitable for entertaing large groups of visiting friends/relatives.
