Located on the edge of the East Looe river Driftwood is a beautifully presented fully self-contained apartment comprising the upper floor of a semi-detached, colonial styled property. The location is ideal being only a ten minute walk to the town and beach in Looe and parking is conveniently located about 150 yards distant. The apartment is approached via 40 timber steps and the elevated position provides the most lovely views to the river and the surrounding countryside. A private decked area is located at the rear of the property and a further terrace is available from where the views can be much enjoyed.
The accommodation is styled in a contemporary but comfortable manner and consists of a large sitting-room, dining room, kitchen, a beautifully appointed bath/shower room and a double bedroom. The kitchen is all electric with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The sitting area has a large flat-screen TV with DVD and Freeview and there is a radio/CD player. The bathroom is sumptuously equipped with roll top bath and separate shower enclosure.
If required, the bedroom can be configured as a twin room or as a super-king-sized double bedroom - just tell us what suits you best.
Driftwood is a delightful apartment in an ideal position which will be much enjoyed by those seeking a quiet location within easy reach of the many facilities afforded by the historic fishing port of Looe.
