This very attractive, third floor, penthouse apartment has only very recently been completed. The location is super being just a short stroll from the shops, pubs, restaurants and harbour of West Looe and the ferry to East Looe with its fine sandy beach. A real feature of the Harbourview Apartments is, as the name implies, the wonderful views across the harbour, out to sea and across to the bridge and estuary of Looe. The accommodation comprises a very contemporary, combined living room/dining room/kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom. The main living area has a comfortable sofa bed which can provide sleeping for an extra two persons if required. The kitchen is well fitted with an electric hob, combined oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a washer/drier. The double bedroom is spacious and in common with the living room has great views. Lastly there is a generously sized bathroom with bath and fitted shower over, w,c, and basin.
Parking is possible close to the wall outside the apartment 24hr a day from the 1st October - 30th April and from 6pm-9am all year round. At other times weekly parking tickets can be purchased for £24/26 per week about a 6/7 minute walk away.
Pengelly will be most enjoyed by active guests wanting a quiet holiday but with a good range of facilities very close at hand
