Polmear is a newly completed ground floor apartment with balcony. The location is super being just a short stroll from the shops, pubs, restaurants and the harbour of West Looe and the ferry to East Looe. Via the ferry the main East Looe beach can be reached in about ten minutes.
A real feature of the Harbourview apartments is, as the name implies, the wonderful views across the harbour (great for watching the fishing fleet unload their catch) , out to sea and to the countryside surrounding Looe. The accommodation comprises a very stylish, combined living room/dining room/kitchen, a large double bedroom and a shower room. From the living area French Doors lead to the small patio which has garden furniture and provides a great spot to sit with a drink and enjoy the views. The kitchen is well fitted with an electric hob, combined oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a washer/drier. The double bedroom is large and tastefully furnished. The modern shower room completes the accommodation. Parking is possible close to the wall outside the apartment 24 hr a day from the 1st October - 30th April and from 6pm-9am all year round. At peak times of the year a weekly pass may be purchased for a large car park a 5/6 minute walk away.
