Shutta House Apartment offers comfortable guest accommodation just five minutes walk from the picturesque fishing village of Looe. Situated in East Looe in the historic district of Shutta the property is a fine Victorian house with distinctive Gothic features and it was formerly known as The Old Vicarage parts of which date back to circa 1710.
The apartment is on the first floor, the remainder of the property offering B & B accommodation to guests. The rooms are all light and airy and contain many delightful and original featutes typical of a period residence. The lounge diner is spacious with ample seating, a period fireplace and Freeview TV with DVD and CD/radio. There are lovely views acroos the garden to the East Looe river and surrounding hills. There is a double and a twin bedroom and a good sized bathroom with period fittings including a roll top bath with shower over. The kitchen is fitted with light wood units and includes an electric oven & hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine.
The attractive garden are available for the use of guests and are shared with those staying at the B & B accommodation. Parking is provided in a garage large enough for a family saloon car.
The bustling port of Looe with its harbour, beach, boutique shops, pubs and restaurants is only a five minute walk away and Looe station is very close by affording the opportunity of exploring this lovely part of Cornwall without the use of a car.
