The working fishing port and market, a constant source of interest, are only a few yards away and you can watch the trawlers setting out for sea from the windows. The property is approached by a single flight of internal steps and is arranged on one level. The large living/dining kitchen area occupies all the front of the apartment, has great views and is well equipped and beautifully furnished in a very contemporary style. The double bedroom is also stunningly decorated and there is a luxury bathroom. A prepaid pass is available for the main car park in Looe (a 3/4 minute walk away) and this pass is also valid for use in the long stay car parks at Fowey, Cawsand and Falmouth.. This is a great spot for just two, splendidly equipped and with everything you will need close at hand.
