This gorgeous apartment is located on the riverside in the centre of Looe and has lovely views of the harbour with its numerous fishing and pleasure craft. The apartment is on the second floor and accessed via bright corridors and staircases. The decor is very contemporary and quite striking. The main room comprises the kitchen which is open plan to the eating area and lounge. Comfy settees are arranged in a corner making the most of the views and from here the flat screen TV with DVD can be viewed. There is a dining area for two and the kitchen is finished in high gloss black units with a ceramic hob and extractor, built in multi-function oven, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
The luxury bathroom comprises a bath with power shower over, w.c. and basin.

Parking is available in Looes municipal car park a 2/3 minute walk away and for which a weekly ticket may be purchased at around £29.
Many restaurants, pubs and shops are all close at hand and the walk to the main Looe beach takes less than five minutes.
