No2 Granite Henge has been refurbished for the 2012 season including a brand new kitchen and flooring. It also now benefits from wifi access. One of twelve semi-detached bungalows sited around a heated (May to September) swimming pool, the bungalows are constructed in Cotswold stone and set amongst most attractive and award winning gardens. The surrounding countryside is a haven for wild life and the location is handy for Looe and Polperro - about 2.5 miles and the coast is only 1.5 miles away at Talland Bay, a beautiful cove under the care of the National Trust. The accommodation includes a combined living/dining room kitchen, two bedrooms a double and a twin and a modern shower room. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric four ring hob and oven, fridge and microwave. Washer/drier facilities are provided on site on a communal basis and at a nominal charge. All the bed linen is included but guests are required to bring their own towels.
Within a few minutes walk at Caradon Camping there is a pub and excellent restaurant serving evening meals and a great carvery on Sunday lunchtimes. Parking is available in a reserved space in the private car park. Please note only children over four and a half years are allowed in the swimming pool area.
The owners will be happy to accept weekend bookings or part weeks out of season.
