Located close to the Looe to Polperro road and ideally situated for both beauty spots Pelynt is an attractive Cornish village with good local facilities including a large convenience store, an excellent pub/restaurant and church etc. Tower Lodge is a self-contained ground floor annexe to Tower House and is situated in a quiet residential area away from the bustle of the local towns. An excellent feature of this very comfortably appointed accommodation is the large garden laid mainly to grass with a good sized decking area ideal for relaxation. Parking is available for two average sized cars in the driveway adjacent to the property. The accommodation includes a lounge/dining room with comfortable three piece suite, dining table, TV with digital reception, DVD and coal effect fire. The double bedroom has a 4ft 6" bed and the twin room has 3ft beds. The kitchen is bright and well equipped and gives access to the garden and decked area. There is an electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment and microwave. A separate cupboard houses the washing machine and drier. The bathroom has a walk-in power shower, W.C., wash basin and heated towel rail. The accommodation is heated overall by night store heaters. Tower Lodge is very comfortably appointed and will be enjoyed by those seeking a quiet location with easy access to local facilities and the nearby ports of Looe and Polperro. The village of Pelynt has an excellent general stores within a short stroll from Tower Lodge and the local inn - The Jubilee (shown in the photographs) is only five minutes away and excellent for food. The Eden Project, the cities of Truro and Plymouth and numerous fine beaches and National Trust houses and gardens are also within easy reach.
