This cosy little cottage is located just perfectly for a family seaside holiday. The large sandy beach, so popular with visitors to Looe is just 40 yards away and the cottage is forunate in having a parking space right outside the door.
The accommodation is arranged on three levels. At the entrance level is the open plan living, dining room, kitchen. This is a sunny, south facing room comfortably furnished and centred around a fireplace with electric, wood burner effect fire. There is a flatscreen TV with Freeview reception and built in DVD. A radio is also provided. The kitchen area is fitted in pine with an all electric cooker, fridge and microwave.
At the first floor level is the double bedroom with 4ft 6ins bed and ample storage space. Also on this level is the shower room with walk-in shower, w.c. and basin. Stairs lead up from the landing to the top floor which comprises the twin bedded room which is a good sized room and, as with all the other main rooms in the cottage there are good views across the seafront.
The bustling harbour is literally around the corner and there is a wide choice of eateries, pubs and shops all within a few moments walk. If you are looking for a traditional beachside holiday in Cornwall you would be hard pushed to find a better spot.
