1 New Cottage is a delightful terraced cottage furnished in a modern style which has been completely renovated over recent months.

Situated in the conservation area of West Looe & within 50 yards of the harbour the cottage is perfectly positioned for easy access to the town of Looe.

Downstairs the front door opens into a lounge/dining room with brand new modern furnishings. This leads through to the Shaker style kitchen with light wood worktops.

A small rear courtyard provides a space for a BBQ.

Up the winding stairs from the lounge are the double and the twin bedrooms. Again newly furnished with light wood units they provide comfortable accomodation for four people.

Parking is provided with a pass to a public car park about a 5/6 minute walk.
