Set in six acres of grounds, with far reaching countryside views, Pendriscott Lodge is only fifteen minutes from Looe, Polperro, Fowey, the Cornish coastal path and many beautiful beaches. Modern and spacious, a stay in Chy Kres makes it easy to relax and unwind. With its open plan living and dining area, and traditional open trussed roof its an ideal escape. It is possible to explore the beautiful coast and countryside nearby, or simply unwind with a picnic in the grounds or a cool drink on the terrace. Facilities include: On-site parking, private terrace with table and chairs, free access to gardens and grounds, double bedroom and fully equipped kitchen including electric oven & hob, microwave, washing machine, and fridge with ice box. Open plan living and dining room with TV/DVD, Freeview box, and mini HiFi. Modern shower room. Heated by electric panel heaters throughout , all linen and utilities included in rental tariff . Two pets allowed by arrangement. Child bed and cot available. The cottage is non-smoking
