Situated in a tiny lane in the centre of Looe and only two minutes from the beach this cottage must be one of the most attractive holiday homes in Cornwall. Centuries old and with a wealth of original features, the accommodation is beautifully furnished and stunningly decorated. As pretty as a picture outside and full of character within. Two sitting rooms and a separate dining room provide lots of living space on the ground floor level and there is also the well appointed kitchen and, across a courtyard the twin bedroom, utility room and shower room/w.c. annexe. The annexe is a most useful facility as it provides ideal, self-contained accommodation for elderly guests or separate space for teenagers to chill out. Steps lead up from the courtyard to a super sun deck with garden furniture.
Up stairs there are three most attractively furnished bedrooms (two doubles and a twin), the main bathroom, a shower room and a separate w.c. A pass is provided for a car park situated a 6/7 minute walk away where space for a further vehicle/s can be purchased from the machines at the rate of £29 for seven days.
