Situated in the centre of Lerryn, one of Cornwalls most attractive villages and right on the Fowey river is Lerryn Cottage, surely one of the finest holiday homes in Cornwall. Only four miles from Fowey and ten from Looe this lovely property has wonderful views from the principal rooms and large and peaceful gardens to enjoy. The village has a shop and Post Office and an excellent pub with a reputation for fine food. The subject of complete renovation the cottage has great style and is in the perfect location for exploring Cornwall. Many outdoor activities are available on the doorstep including canoeing, cycling, boating, riding, fishing and, of course, wonderful walks. The property is arranged principally on two floors.
