Orchard is a delightful cottage within five minutes of two beaches and has been the subject recently of extensive refurbishment. A warm welcome is ensured by the Cornish cream tea and wine that await you on arrival. The accommodation is arranged on two floors and comprises a large lounge/dining room and beautifully appointed kitchen on the ground floor with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and luxury bathroom on the first. There are pretty gardens to the front and rear with a patio area and a superb decking area with lovely views to the sea. There is also a most attractive, comfortably furnished summerhouse which also enjoys the great sea views, a super place to relax over a glass of wine. A reserved parking space for one car is available in a private car park just a few yards away. The property is beautifully furnished throughout and is situated only a mile east of Looe which can be reached on foot via the coastal path in about twenty minutes or in two minutes by car. The cream tea and bottle of wine awaiting you on arrival provide a particularly welcoming touch.This is an exceptionally well appointed property which will be much enjoyed by those appreciating some of the finer things in life.
