Comfortable cottage close to the beach
Situated in quiet, landscaped gardens yet only five minutes walk to two beaches, Rosemary Cottage has been completely refurbished and now offers excellent accommodation for up to six people. The accommodation is arranged over two floors. The main door leads through a porch area (useful for the storage of outside clothing etc) into the large lounge/dining room. Comfortably furnished with leather setees and a feature stone fireplace this room has a large LCD TV with Freeview and DVD. There is a games console (Wii) and iPod/Mp3 docking/music station. There is a a dining area with seating for 6. This room leads on to the fully fitted kitchen which is attractively fitted in cream wooden units and is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine and drier.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a double, a twin and the last with full sized bunk beds. The bathroom is situated here and includes a bath with shower over, w.c. and basin.
From the front and rear gardens there are pleasant views to the sea and there are two beaches immediatley available only a 5 minute walk away. The rear garden is decked at several levels and provides a quiet spot to sit and enjoy the views and perhaps a barbecue. Parking is available for one car in a private car park 25 yards from the cottage.
Rosemary Cottage is a perfect base for a Cornish holiday close to the sea. The town of Looe can be reached in about twenty minutes via the coastal footpath or in five minutes by car. The property has been renovated with real flair retaining the best of the old whilst introducing modern touches and up to date amenities. The cream tea and bottle of wine awaiting your arrival provide a particularly welcoming touch.
