Pretty little cottage in the West Looe conservation area
Located only about 350 yards from the river and harbour Trenwith is a delightful, ancient cottage for four with a stunning, terraced garden for sunbathing and barbecues and with the benefit of a nearby reserved parking space. Trenwith is located in West Looe with its good range of shops, pubs and restaurants right at hand. The harbour is just a five minute downhill stroll and the main Looe beach can be reached via the little passenger ferry in ten minutes. The cottage has a wealth of character features derived from two or three hundred years of history but includes many modern touches including underfloor heating and a dishwasher etc. Parking is in a reserved space in a private car park a five minute walk. Trenwith is a lovely spot to which many guests return annually.
