Wonderfully situated right on the seafront at West Looe, Avalon offers spacious and comfortable accommodation for large groups with the benefit of large and safe, lawned gardens which are ideal for youngsters. The first floor bedrooms comprise a double en-suite, a triple en-suite (double & single bed) a further double with basin, a single (4ft bed), a twin and a bunk bedded room. There is a family shower room with w.c. and a separate w.c.

On the ground floor the accommodation includes entrance hall with cloakroom & w.c., a spacious sitting room with good quality furnishings, dining room, study/sitting room, utility room and modern kitchen. There are wonderful views over Looe Bay which can be enjoyed from many of the rooms including the sitting room and kitchen. There is ample parking for cars/boat trailer. Many guests have been coming back for years to enjoy this delightful spot.
