Casaruth is fine detached residence, newly constructed and only a few yards from a very pretty beach at Plaidy, about a mile from the centre of Looe. Local shops, pub, restaurants etc are about a ten minute walk away with a wide choice available in the centre of Looe, a further five minutes away.
The accommodation is arranged on two levels with the bedrooms being at the lower level and the living rooms on the upper so as to make the most of the lovely views to the sea. Parking on-site is available for three cars and there is a balcony at the front overlooking the sea - ideal for a sunny breakfast, and a large, enclosed garden to the rear just perfect for a family barbecue.
At the lower level are the four bedrooms, a double with en-suite shower room, another double room, a twin bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and the family bathroom.
The first floor living accommodation comprises a large sitting room with super sea & coastal views. The furnishings include comfortable leather seating, 32" TV with SKY, DVD, Video and CD/Radio and a small dining set for four people. The large kitchen/diner is a superb room with fully fitted modern units including a range cooker, dishwasher, fridge and microwave. A separate utility rooms is home to a large fridge/freezer & the washing machine. The dining area of the kitchen has a refectory table in sunny pine seating eight and to the front of the room is a door to the pretty little balcony which overlooks the sea and to the rear there are doors to the large decked area of the garden which is well furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue and gazebo and from here a path leads to a lawned area. The upper floor also has a cloakroom with w.c.
Easy parking for three cars is available to the front of Casaruth.
This is a very well appointed property with a wonderful position just yards from the beach.
