Newly completed for the 2012 season this beautiful house offers the very best in self catering accommodation. Everything you could possibly wish for and more is provided. All furnishings and equipment are of the highest standard and combined with its fantastic location just yards from the beach and the beautiful views across Looe Bay, the location is perfect.
The accommodation comprises a lounge with two large leather sofas, 47" flat screen TV with blu-ray DVD, Wii console, full Sky package including movies and sport, music centre with ipod docking station. This room has a lovely bay window which looks out across Looe bay. A further downstairs family room with leather sofa has a 37" flat screen TV with Freeview channels and blu-ray DVD and also houses a playstation 3 and a music centre with ipod docking station.
The stunning kitchen diner in shaker style is beautifully finished with granite work tops and kitchen equipment of the highest quality. There is a 5 ring gas burner, double oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge freezer and large oak table and chairs for 10. From here patio doors lead out to the enclosed back garden with deck, gas bbq and childrens play equipment. The CD player with ipod docking station in the kitchen for those who enjoy music while they cook is indicative of the thought that has gone in to making this property so special.
Also on the ground floor and leading from the family room is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room. Having 3 foot zip and link beds, this room can be set up as a super king size bed if required. There is a downstairs cloakroom and also a utility room with washing machine, tumble drier and beer fridge.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with super king size bed and ensuite shower room. A gorgeous dual aspect room this benefits from a small balcony with table and chairs where you can sit and enjoy the view over the bay in peace. The second double room, also with super king size bed again has beautiful views over Looe Bay. The third upstairs bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, one full size and one slightly shorter which may be considered more suibable for children. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs with freeview channels, alarm/ipod docking stations and ample storage. Also upstairs is the family bathroom and the separate family shower room. All bathrooms and ensuites are beautifully finished in gleaming white and with heated towel rails with individual thermostatic controls so you can enjoy the luxury of a heated towel without needing the central heating.
WIFI internet access and a telephone line are provided. The property also has use of the indoor heated swimming pool and jacuzzi at the nearby Hannafore point hotel. Front and rear gardens both with gas barbeques and seating for 10 and also parking for 3-4 cars. Deep Blue Shore really offers everything you could desire for a perfect family holiday.
