Superb villa with lovely views.

This superb, semi-detached Edwardian villa is situated in a commanding position on the hillside in West Looe and it enjoys panoramic views of the river, harbour and town of Looe and the surrounding countryside. These views can be enjoyed from the principal rooms in the house and also from the first floor balcony. Although the situation is quiet it is only a five minute walk down to the harbour with its shops, pubs and restaurants and the main sandy beach in Looe is a 10/15 minute walk.
The accommodation is arranged on three floors. On the ground floor is the entrance hall and from here access is gained to the first of two sitting rooms. Here is a 32" flat screen TV with DVD and a feature, period fireplace, this authentic touch being found in many rooms at Denzell. French doors lead from this room to the small front garden. The ground floor kitchen is a fine room in a country farmhouse style and is furnished with a handsome dresser and refectory style dining table seating six. A gas fired Rayburn takes pride of place and offers traditional range cooking with its two hobs and two ovens, ample hot water is also provided by this means. A conventional gas cooker provides a 4 ring hob and double oven and there is a dishwasher installed. Immediately adjoining the kitchen is a utility area which includes a large fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/drier and Belfast sink. This room also provides access to the outside and as such is a useful area for the storage of outdoor wear, boots etc.
On the first floor is the first of the bedrooms this being configured as a twin. Also at this level is the second sitting room which has a door to the balcony, a great spot to sit and enjoy the the scenery. This room has another, handsome fireplace and an ipod docking station is provided. The separate w.c. and bathroom with bath and shower over plus basin completes the accommodation on this floor. A further flight of stairs lead to the top floor where there are two bedrooms, a double and a twin and a shower room tiled in gleaming white with a walk-in shower, w.c. and basin.
Immediately adjacent to Denzell there is a paved area for parking and next to this a gravelled space. Two family sized cars can be accommodated here or one large and one smaller vehicle.
This is a grand family house which will be much enjoyed by those seeking a quiet spot yet with all the amenities provided by the attractive fishing port of Looe all readily to hand.
