Shutta Lodge is a very large, detached family home situated about a ten minute walk from the ancient port of Looe. The property is in an elevated position with parking for two cars in garages and a further 2/3 vehicles in the driveway. The property is designed to accommodate large family parties with a good level of amenity but is not aimed at the luxury end of the market so the emphasis is on relaxation and fun. Large gardens with a decked area and a well furnished, sunny patio provide for those with a liking for outdoor living.
The property is located about 250 yards up a fairly steep hill and is approached via twenty or so steps to the entry level. At this level is a family bedroom (a double bed plus two singles), a bunk bedded room, a double bedroom and the family bathroom. Stairs lead up to the first floor where can be found the large sitting room, dining room, kitchen, master double bedroom with room off with bunk beds, another double bedroom and a further bathroom. The hallway at this level gives access to a large well furnished balcony ideal for a sunny breakfast. The rear garden slopes steeply up and at the highest level is a large decked area with garden furniture.
