Stonebank is a large family home located about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Looe. The property is in an elevated position surrounded by lovely gardens having shrubs, trees and flat areas of lawn. Well equipped and with garage parking for 2 cars and off road parking for a further 2 vehicles. Stonebank is aimed at the family holidaymaker who wants a good standard of amenity but is not seeking the luxury end of the market. Here you can bring your children and relax.
The property is located about 300 yards up a steepish hill and then via 49 steps to the entrance level. At this level are the kitchen/diner, the sitting room with French doors to a large & well furnished decked area, a double bedroom, a twin and the family bathroom. Steps lead down to the lower level where the main double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the family bedroom are located.
The gardens are extensive and private and great for youngsters to play and explore.
A pub/restaurant is located about 300 yards away with the port of Looe with its harbour, fine beach, restaurants, shops and pubs only a 10 minute stroll.
