This super house must occupy one of the finest positions in Looe with superb views of the river and harbourside. Shops, pubs & restaurants are all immediately to hand and the beach can be reached on foot in about ten minutes. The accommodation can be comfortably occupied by up to six people. On the first floor (the entry level to the property) there is a large sitting room, a very spacious kitchen/dining room with an oak fitted kitchen and the shower room. Upstairs there are two very well sized bedrooms, a double with a four poster bed and a family bedroom with a double and two singles - each bedroom has its own bathroom. To the rear is a tiny rock garden just large enough to sit out in with colourful plants & shrubs. The ground floor of the building comprises an integral garage for an average size family car. A super base for exploring the delights of Looe.
