A delightful ground floor apartment with lovely views across the harbour (great for watching the fishing fleet unload their catch) out to sea and to the countryside surrounding Looe.

A short stroll along the picturesque winding streets brings delightful restaurants, pubs, shops and the harbour of West Looe where you will find the charming family operated ferries to East Looe. The golden sands of the beach at East Looe are also only a 10 min walk away!

The accommodation has a feel of relaxed beachside living and comprises a very stylish open plan living room with dining and kitchen. From the living area French Doors lead to the small terrace at the front of the building with outdoor furniture. A great spot to sit with a drink while the tide ebbs and flows and take in the views! The kitchen is well fitted with an electric hob, combined oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and a washer/drier. There is also a NESPRESSO Coffee Machine with Areoccino3 Milker. The double bedroom is tastefully furnished and the modern shower room completes the accommodation. A weekly parking pass may be purchased for a large car park a 6/7minute walk away. This is a lovely apartment that will be appreciated by guests seeking a restful holiday within easy reach of all the amenities afforded by the picturesque port of ancient Looe.
