Harbourside sits in a commanding position on the West side of Looe with 180 degree views of Looe river and out to the bay. Number 9 is a penthouse apartment with juliet balcony from where you can enjoy the magnificent views.

The apartment has an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with juliet balcony from the lounge. Watching the boats head in and out to sea from here is a delight, whether it is the fishing boats, pleasure boats, paddleboards or kayaks, there is always something to enjoy. The fully fitted kitchen includes a gas oven and hob, dishwasher, washer/drier, coffee filter machine and is well equipped with ample storage. The living/dining area is comfortably furnished with a Smart TV and has a dining table and four chairs. The main bedroom has a standard double bed and ample built-in storage and a second bedroom has a single bed and again built in storage, it is a lovely room perfect for a child. A modern family bathroom completes the accommodation with a bath and mixer shower over.

Located close to the centre of Looe; cafes, shops and restaurants are all within a short walk. The walk around to the main beach in East Looe is approximately 15 minutes or when the tide is in the foot ferry across the river is just £1. Closer by, Hannafore beach is just 5 minutes up the road where the Island View Cafe is not to be missed! Opportunities for walking in this area are plentiful with the stunning South West Coastal path on the doorstep. The owners of Harbourside 9 are keen walkers and provide many useful resources in the apartment to ensure guests can access some of the more beautiful and less well-known walks and nature spots in the area. Guests can park free of charge on Hannafore Road which is a 5-10 minute walk away subject to availability. Alternatively, the Millpool car park is the same distance. Absolutely loved this apartment. It was a true find. We’ve stayed in Looe many, many times over the years and this is by far the best location for us. The view is spectacular and great for watching life go by as well as looking out to sea. It’s close to the town and has a nice walk along the back to get to Hannafore or a quick (steep) short cut to East Looe. The apartment has everything you need. The space is perfect for a family of three. The rooms were cosy and inviting. We would absolutely stay again.

Lovely apartment with incredible views! My nine-year-old loved her little room and being able to watch the stars through the skylight. Even on evenings when we decided to relax at the apartment rather than eat out, the kitchen had everything we needed and we ate with a view. We'll be back.
