It could not be more conveniently situated with shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs on the doorstep, the river a stones throw away, the beach within a 5 minute walk and the huge bonus of a reserved parking space also only a 5 minute walk away.
A comfortable lounge area has two large sash windows from where the views can be enjoyed, ample seating for six, flat screen TV and DVD player and electric fire. Leading off the lounge area is the dining area with table and 6 chairs and the kitchen which is fully fitted with gas cooker and hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, microwave and washer drier. The family bathroom also on this floor has bath with electric shower over, wc and wash hand basin.
Upstairs are the three bedrooms, one family room with double bed and additional single, a second bedroom with twin beds and a third single bedroom. The property has wifi as well as a supply of board games and DVDs.
Quayview has night store heating which is included in the rental price and there is an electric key meter for additional electric requirements. This can be topped up at the Co-op a minute walk away and the owners experience is that guests spend a maximum of £15 - £20 in a week.
