Riverside View 2 is a stunning apartment overlooking the river in Looe. This ground floor apartment has an open plan lounge kitchen dining area with beautiful contemporary furnishings. The fully fitted kitchen includes electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine and has a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area has comfortable sofas, 42" flat screen Smart TV and patio doors that lead out to the furnished balcony. Overlooking the East Looe river the balcony gets the sun from late morning right through in to the evening so is a lovely spot to sit throughout the day watching the comings and goings on the river!
There are two lovely bedrooms both with their own shower room, the master bedroom with a king size bed, the second a standard double and there are TVs in each room. Both shower rooms are fully tiled and have rain shower with second lower head, wc and wash hand basin. This block of 6 apartments was completed in the Spring of 2018 with number 2 being the show flat and you can see why; the furnishings throughout are stylish and with underfloor heating guests are sure of a comfortable stay all year round.
The delights of Looe, its fishing harbour, beach, cafes, shops, restaurants and pubs are all within a short walk and the property offers free Wifi.
There is a reserved parking space at the rear of the property but the access is very steep and very narrow so guests generally park their cars in the Millpool car park which is a 5-7 minute walk and costs £38.50 for the week, the car park can be seen from the apartment.
