Beautifully appointed waterfront apartment close to the centre of the ancient port of Looe and with superb sea views.

Situated in a commanding position the apartment enjoys wonderful views of the sea, estuary, beach and town of Looe. Though the setting is peaceful there is always something to watch as fishing boats and pleasure craft pass below. Internally the apartment is furnished and equipped to a high standard and has full gas central heating, electricity and linen included in the rental. There is also a mobile air conditioning unit for your comfort. There are four bedrooms, the master having a modern en suite shower room. All rooms have comfortable furnishings and the master and one of the twin bedrooms enjoy the fabulous views. There are Smart TVs in 2 of the main bedrooms. There is a family bathroom with whirlpool bath, separate shower, wc and wash hand basin, and an additional separate wc. The large lounge diner is a great space to enjoy with the family, complete with Smart TV and has access on to a small balcony which overlooks the river mouth. There is a modern and well equipped kitchen, free Wifi, and one reserved parking space. No.11 Rock Towers is a perfect base for a Cornish holiday at any time of the year.

Introduction: Rock Towers apartments (12 in total) are situated on the level seafront in Hannafore, a residential area of Looe. Local shops are about a 7/8 minutes undulating walk with the station about a half a mile distant (20/30 minute walk) and bus services are available (and a range of local shops) from the square in West Looe about a 7/8 minute walk. Small beaches are available within a 2/3 minute walk The Rock Towers apartment building operates on 3 levels. Access is available from the front and the rear of the building, details below regarding accessibility features. There is a large lift to all levels, or stairs between floors. Parking for each apartment comprises one reserved space suitable for a family car. The spaces for apartments 1 to 8 are across the road (about 10 paces from the approach to the building) at the front of the property with the spaces for apts. 8 to 12 being situated at the rear about 10 paces from the rear entrance. Free on street parking is available in the local area, a 2/3 minute walk away. Apt. no.11 is on the third floor and all arranged on one level, the access being described below. It has ramps available to enable access for the disabled. This apartment is suitable for mobile adults, disables people with assistance and children. There is space for use of a cot if required. Exterior: From the front: access is via 3 concrete steps leading to a sloped path, then 2 small concrete steps leading to a further 13 concrete steps. On entry to the main doorway there is an 8in (20 cm) step up into the building. From the rear: access is via a flat entry path to rear security door, inside there are 2 stairs 7.25in in height (18cm). Ramps are available in No.11 hall cupboard for use on these stairs. Living Areas: Open plan carpeted lounge leading to dining area. All internal doors are 29.5in (75cm) wide. The patio doors from the lounge lead out onto the balcony. The TV, DVD and video systems are remote controlled. Throughout the apartment light switches are 55in (140cm from floor to top of switch). Electric sockets are located just above skirting board level. Kitchen: There is a full range of low level cupboards under work surface and also higher wall mounted cupboards. Facilities include: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, gas cooker and hob and microwave. The sink and drainer area has a built in cupboard underneath. Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms, of which one is the master bedroom with ensuite shower room, basin and toilet. The other 3 bedrooms are twin bedded. Bathrooms: The main bathroom consists of whirlpool bath with shower over it. Toilet, bidet, hand basin and vinyl flooring. The heated towel rail is beside the toilet. Additional Notes: On entry to the apartment all rooms lead off the hall the entry telephone and smoke alarm are located there. There is a storage cupboard which houses the ironing board, ramps for external stairs etc.

Wonderful stay, property is beautiful with lovely views. Close to the town with lovely shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. Would recommend to anyone who wants a relaxed, hassle free break.
