About Russell Court 2

Situated in an elevated, hillside position this modern, ground floor apartment is finished to a very high standard with lovely contemporary furnishings. It has a large outside space, part patio and part gravel from where you can enjoy the views of the town of Looe, its harbour, the surrounding countryside and the sea. There is a parking space for one car. The town of Looe with its fine beach, harbour, boutique shops, restaurants and pubs is only a 3/4 minute walk downhill- perhaps a little longer on the return. 

The accommodation is furnished in a contemporary style and includes an open plan living/dining room and kitchen, two bedrooms, a double and a twin, also a shower room with large shower enclosure and additional shower room. French doors lead from the lounge/diner to the patio which is furnished with table and chairs. The lounge area has a 32" flat screen TV, DVD player and there is an iPod docking station. The kitchen is finished in light wood and the fitted equipment includes an electric oven with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, washer drier and a microwave is also provided. A long hallway gives access to all the rooms in the apartment including the spacious double bedroom which has a king sized double bed, the twin bedroom with 3ft single beds and both shower rooms. The apartment is bright and airy and the modern furnishings and fabrics give a very contemporary feel. This is a lovely property in a great location being close to all the amenities but in a quiet and relaxing environment.
