About Water View

Water View is a  beautifully appointed second floor apartment conveniently located in the heart of the town close to shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach and harbour. From the living area there are lovely views of the harbour where guests can enjoy watching the comings and goings of the local fishing and pleasure boats. The decor is contemporary throughout and the furnishings and fabrics combine to provide a comfortable and relaxing environment.

The accommodation is all on one level and comprises a combined living room, dining room and open plan kitchen, a double bedroom and bathroom. The living room has ample comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and DVD player and dining table with seating for two. The kitchen is equipped with high gloss units and and has an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The bathroom is fitted in gleaming white with a bath and shower over, w.c. and basin. 

The car park immediately adjacent to the apartment is ideal for unloading. More plentiful parking is available about a 300 yard walk away. A weekly ticket can be purchased with a card from the machines located there at a cost of £38.50 for the week.

Water View has modern electric heating throughout and free wifi so guests will be sure of a comfortable stay all year round with all that the delightful old port of Looe has to offer immediately available.
