About Hi View

Situated on the top of hill overlooking the dramatic North Cornwall coastline and Port Isaac harbour is this detached bungalow. Hi View offers accommodation for up to 6 guests in two double rooms and a third twin-bedded room. It is a short walk down to the village centre by road or you can take a longer route which is a beautiful coastal path walk. Port Isaac is an old fishing village with narrow streets lined with old fisherman's cottages, the village is now famed for the filming of Doc Martin and the presence of award-winning chef Nathan Outlaw.

Hi View offers comfortable accommodation all arranged on one floor. There is a good-sized modern kitchen including electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box and microwave. The open plan kitchen diner is a pleasant room with patio doors leading out to the furnished patio with steps down to the garden. There are lovely sea views from the patio and the garden, which has a lovely big lawn great for family games in the Summer. There are three bedrooms, two doubles with standard size double bed, and a third twin room, all with ample clothes storage. The family bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over, WC, and wash hand basin and there is an additional separate WC.

There is ample parking on the private driveway and the property offers free wifi. There is a well-stocked Co-op within a two minute walk as well as one of the two Nathan Outlaw restaurants. Cafes, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance as well as the local stores which include a bakery and a fishmonger. Hi View welcomes one well behaved pet but they must not be left alone in the property or allowed on the beds and furniture.

Additional suitability notes

The bungalow is all on one level so will be suitable for some guests with limited mobility. There are a fsteps from the patio area down to the garden and from the driveway down to the door.
