This delightful town centre property is the perfect spot for a couple to enjoy a break exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall. Conveniently located within a short easy walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and the beach, these things really are on the doorstep.
On entering the property there is a seaside themed, open plan lounge kitchen dining area. Whilst modest in size the room is bright and airy with a comfortable sofa for snuggly evenings in. The modern kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box, coffee maker and washer/dryer. The feature spiral stair case leads up to the en suite double bedroom a welcoming room with modern shower room. The property is finished to a high standard throughout with natural wood flooring downstairs, free wifi and a Smart TV in the lounge with DVD player. There is also a TV in the bedroom.
Looe retains a small traditional fishing fleet and it is just a short stroll from The Boat House to the rivers edge. It is a delight to watch the comings and goings of the fishermen and the pleasure craft in the river whilst enjoying a glass of something cool outside one of the eateries or perhaps over a traditional fish and chip supper. The South West Coastal path offers the most spectacular views over the South Cornwall coastline for those who like to walk, with a stop at Island View Cafe or Talland Beach Cafe en route a must! For those who venture as far as Polperro there are some great pubs for lunch including The Blue Peter and The Three Pilchards and there is a bus back to Looe for those who dont fancy the walk. For the more adventurous, you can hire paddleboards and kayaks locally to explore beautiful Looe Bay, there are many boat trips including the glass bottomed boats, speed boats and various fishing charters.

Tickets can be purchased over the phone on arrival or on the Cornwall Council website.
Boathouse is within an easy walk of all the towns amenities but there is a spiral staircase which may be tricky for guests with limited mobility.
