Beautiful Looe cottage with stunning views and parking
Hawthorn is situated in a commanding position on the West side of Looe with wonderul views of the river, harbour and out to sea. Unlike much of West Looe this cottage has a large outside space which gets the sun for a good deal of the day in the Summer months. Tastefully furnished throughout the cottage offers accommodation for up to six guests and two well behaved dogs.
Ground floor accommodation comprises a lounge, fully fitted kitchen diner, utility with washing machine, tumble drier and additional fridge and freezer space and a downstairs wc. Both the lounge and dining area have bay windows overlooking the river and every extra has been provided for rainy days with a full Sky package including movies and Netflix, Wii with games, DVD library, toys and books. The kitchen includes electric oven and grill, five ring gas burner, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Upstairs are three bedrooms, a good size master bedroom with super king size bed, a second king size double room and a twin room perfect for children. The two doubles overlook the river, all bedrooms have ample storage space and there are TVs in both double rooms.
Externally the large deck is a real feature of this property with truly stunning views over Looe. This will be the perfect space to relax and watch the comings and goings on the river throughout the day and to enjoy al fresco dining with family and friends.The property has a reserved parking space in a nearby car park and a second unreserved space in the same car park subject to availability. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome.

There is a steep zig zag path of approximately 20 paces and steps up to the front door. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome but not allowed on the furniture and beds. Strictly no smoking.
