Comfortable cottage on West Looe Hill with parking

About Jubilee Cottage

Newly furnished for holiday letting from the middle of August 2020 this delightful little cottage for four will be a lucky find for late bookers.

Arranged over two floors the accommodation comprises a ground floor lounge, comfortably furnished with soft seating for four, a dining area with beautiful hand made oak table and bench seating and a ktichen to the rear of the cottage which includes gas oven and hob, washing machine, fridge-freezer, and microwave. The kitchen window overlooks the rear patio/courtyard area, this is a good sized area furnished with patio table and chairs (please note this is accessed via the front door and down the side of the cottage). Upstairs are the two bedrooms one with king size bed and second with single bed and additional pull out single underneath. There is a family bathroom with bath and electric shower over. A real bonus of Jubilee Cottage is the parking space right outside!

Situated approximately half way up West Looe the walk down in to West Looe takes just a few minutes and approximately 15 to get across to the main part of the East side. When the tide is in there are foor ferries that travel across from East to West Looe. Looe has a plethora of individual shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs to enjoy and of course it is a pleasure to watch the bussling activity in the working harbour. The Jolly Sailor Pub is a popular local pub just at the bottom of the hill and the Sardine Factory restaurant is highly recommended, both are within a short walk although it takes a little longer on the return journey up the hill.

The cottage has gas central heating throughout plus an electric fire in the lounge so guests can be sure of a comfortable stay all year round.
