Escape to Lerryn Cottage, a delightful one-bedroom retreat perfectly situated close to the river's edge and beach, and within a short walk of Looe's cafes, restaurants, shops, and pubs.
Step into the inviting living space, where rustic beams blend with contemporary comforts. The cosy seating area with wood-burning stove and Smart TV is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric oven and induction hob, fridge with freezer box, washing machine and microwave. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a tasty dinner you'll find all you need in the kitchen.
Upstairs is the charming double bedroom which features a king-size bed, an extra sofa, a smart TV and ample clothes storage. Being in the eaves, the room is packed full of character and is a spacious room. The downstairs shower room is modern and designed with comfort in mind, featuring a spacious shower cubicle and heated towel rail.
The many delights of Looe are all on the doorstep. Whether you are looking to explore the streets, shops and cafes, wander along the edge of the working harbour, take one of the many boat trips on offer, sit on the beach, grab a drink in a local pub, or enjoy an evening of fine dining, all are options within a short walk. The coastal path walks in the area are truly stunning, Polperro and Fowey are a short drive away, and there are beautiful gardens to enjoy, as well as National Trust properties and the Eden project which are easily accessible. It really is a perfect base for couples to enjoy all that this beautiful part of the world has to offer.
This traditional cottage was built in 1640 and inevitably has some quirks! The floor is uneven in places and the beams in the lounge area reduce the head height in places to around 6'2". Please be aware that the steps from the living space to the bedroom are very steep so the property is only suitable for the physically able. Sorry no children or babies.

Outside: Situated in the heart of town just a short stroll from the river's edge. It is possible to stop close-by to unload. Parking is available in the Millpool car park which is a 10 minute walk from the property.
Strictly no pets. Please note there is a flight of external steps to the cottage. Internally the stairs are very steep with a rope handrail to assist. This property is only suitable for the physically able. No children or babies. No smoking or vaping.
