This stunning property, formerly the Coach House at St Martins Manor, has been loving renovated and finished to the highest standard for Summer 2017.

There is a wow factor as you enter the property and throughout a feeling of luxury in the fixtures, furniture and soft furnishings - a true delight of a house that will be very well received by the discerning guest. Accommodation for up to eight guests is offered with an open plan lounge kitchen diner downstairs. This spacious area has a stunning modern kitchen complete with under floor heating, fully equipped with everything guests will need for a self catering stay.  There is a large dining table and the lounge area has comfortable seating and large flat screen TV. Also downstairs is a double bedroom with patio doors leading out to the patio area and en suite wet room perfect for guests with limited mobility (please read accessibility statement for further information).

Upstairs are a further three large bedrooms. All rooms are beautifully furnished and have lovely curtains and bed linens adding a real touch of luxury. The master bedroom has a superking size bed and there is a further four poster double and a twin room with large sleigh beds. The family bathroom is also upstairs and has a roll top bath with shower attachment, wc and wash hand basin. 

The property is as beautiful externally as it is internally situated just a short distance from St Martins Church. There is a large furnished patio area and parking for at least two cars (please contact us to make arrangements for additional vehicles). Less than a five minute drive from the centre of Looe, the Coach House is the perfect base for guests looking for a seaside holiday but in a peaceful location with luxurious accommodation.
