Spacious family home with fabulous sea views

About Eastfork

Eastfork is a large family home situated in a fabulous beach front position with beautiful sea views. 

Arranged over three floors the top floor comprises an open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area with doors out on the balcony which overlooks the beach. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes electric oven and hob, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer and filter coffee machine. There is a large dining table, perfect for the family to enjoy mealtimes together and a spacious lounge with flat screen TV and DVD player and wood burning stove for cooler evenings.

Downstairs on the middle floor are three of the four bedrooms and the family bathroom. The master bedroom is a huge room with king size bed, floor to ceiling shuttered windows overlooking the beach, a modern ensuite shower room and ample built in storage. A pretty twin room also sits at the front of the house overlooking the beach and there is an additional twin room at the back of the house and the family bathroom with bath and shower over, wc and twin sinks. Downstairs again on the ground floor is the fourth bedroom with standard double bed and a further shower room. 

Just across the road is a great little play park for younger children as well as a large flat grassy area perfect for ball games. There is a pleasant walk along the Seaton Valley floor by the river which you can take all the way to Hessenford where the Copley Arms awaits you for some refreshments before heading back. The Smugglers Inn is a popular local pub just a minute walk from the house and Waves Bar and the Seaton beach cafe are also on the doorstep, popular with locals and holiday makers alike. The town of Looe is less than 15 minutes by car or for the more energetic guest it is the most stunning walk along the South West coastal path. Eastfork welcomes one well behaved pet.

Ideal place to stay with family - grandparents, parents and kids. Wonderful sea views from balcony of spacious third floor living room. Handy for nice beach where kids swam, while grandparents sipped flat whites and looked on from beachside cafe.
