About Little Kellow

Little Kellow is a beautiful house situated in the highly sought after area of Kellow in Looe. With four bedrooms and four bathrooms, one of each of which are on the ground floor, and welcoming one well behaved pet, this house will be perfect for many groups.

Arranged over two floors there is an open plan lounge, kitchen, dining room on the ground floor. This is a lovely space for the family to enjoy and in the Summer months the large bi-fold doors open the whole front of the house out on to the furnished patio. The patio gets the sun all day so is the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The kitchen is bright and modern and includes double electric ovens, halogen hob, extractor, dishwasher and large larder cupboard. There is a washing machine in the garage and a washing line outside for drying wetstuits at the end of a day on the beach. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with king size bed and shower room with walk in shower which means the house will be suitable for many guests with limited mobility. 

Upstairs the master bedroom is a large room with lovely sea views, it has a super-king size bed and en suite shower room. A second bedroom also has lovely sea views from the window seat and is a standard double room again with en suite shower room. The final bedroom is a twin room which has an adjacent bathroom with bath, wc and wash hand basin.

Plaidy beach is a dog friendly pebbly beach which is a five minute walk down the hill, there are many rock pools to explore when the tide is out. A five minute walk in the other direction takes you to Millendreath beach (the walk involves several steps) which is a large sandy beach with popular beach cafe and beach bar. In the Summer months paddle boards, body boards, kayaks and sea scooters are all available for hire. Looe town centre is five minutes by car or a 20-25 minute walk along the coastal path. The walk is hilly is places but the views are magnificent. 

There is parking for one car on the drive or two small cars one behind the other. The property has gas central heating and a wood burner for those cosy cooler evenings so guests can be sure of a comfortable stay all year round.
