About Seaglass


This stunning contemporary home is an absolute delight. Finished to the highest standard throughout and with wonderful sea views from the house and balconies guests are sure of a fabulous stay all year round. 

Seaglass is entered at first floor level where there is an open plan lounge, kitchen, dining area with floor to ceiling glass on two aspects and bifold doors out on to the balcony. The furnishings are contemporary throughout and the stylish kitchen is fully equipped and includes electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave. There is an additional laundry room with washing machine and tumble drier. A wood burning stove adds real character to the room and combined with the modern electric heating ensures a comfortable and cosy stay all year round. On this same floor is an attractive en suite double bedroom which is accessed via a unique revolving bookcase - a most ingenious design feature! An attractive spiral staircase leads to the downstairs where there are an additional 3 bedrooms (2 double and one twin) and family shower room. The master bedroom is an en suite room and has bifold doors with access out to the decked area. 

Seaton valley at the bottom of the hill has a large sandy beach, childrens play park, a lovely walk up through the valley and some great eateries. The South West Coat Path is on the doorstep and the views from the walks are sensational. Nearby Looe has a myriad of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants as well as the working harbour to enjoy. 

Seaglass has parking for two cars (this is accessed via a narrow lane - please read access statement for further information).
