This wonderful house will be available for holiday letting in July 2012 and welcomes pets. The house has a contemporary feel and is finished to a very high standard with a nautical theme throughout. The downstairs hallway gives access to the dining room with seating for 8, a double bedroom with 21" TV and ensuite shower room, the bunk bed room and also the family bathroom. Also on this level is the lovely open plan kitchen / lounge with wonderful sea views and French doors leading to the patio area and lawned garden. The kitchen is well equipped and has a breakfast bar with 4 high stools. In the bay window of the lounge is a table and chairs for 4, the combination of these 2 seating areas mean guests can enjoy more informal dining if they choose. The lounge has ample comfortable seating, 43" TV, BT vision, DVD player and wall mounted electric fire. The property benefits from wifi access. The large patio has garden furniture and gas bar-b-q and gated access to steps which lead down to the extensive lawn.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower room. There are sliding doors opening out on the balcony where you can sit and enjoy the wonderful views. Also upstairs is the twin bedroom - a great room for older children as it has a sofa and 32" TV with DVD player. The sofa can convert in to a sofa bed for occasional use if required (please call to arrange).
As mentioned the property welcomes pets although they are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture - a large dog crate is provided to save guests transporting their own. Plaidy beach is just 5 minutes walk down the hill or it is a 15 minute walk along the coastal path to the main Looe beach.
