New for Summer 2018, Sumara is a gorgeous house offering comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests and welcoming a well behaved dog. The property is light and modern in style with beautiful furnishings and fittings throughout and wonderful sea views.
The ground floor accommodation comprises a well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine, a beautifully appointed dining room which overlooks the furnished deck to the sea beyond, one bedroom with king size bed, the conservatory which has underfloor heating and so can be enjoyed all year round and the family lounge with 50" flat screen Smart TV with BT sports and Netflix (Netflix via own account). The family lounge also houses a Natuzzi sofa bed which is very comfortable and enables the property to accommodate eight guests. There is also a ground floor shower room with rain shower. To the front of the property are two furnished decks, being south facing it is the perfect spot from which to enjoy the views throughout the day. To the rear of the property is an enclosed lawned garden and there is on road parking at the front of the house.
Upstairs are a further two bedrooms one with king size bed and the third bedroom is a twin room, all rooms have ample storage. The twin room has an ensuite bedroom with freestanding bath and hand held shower, wc and wash hand basin.
Sumara is a welcoming and tranquil house just a short stroll from Plaidy beach which is dog friendly all year round. The Black Rock beach cafe and bar are a 10 minute walk away and the many delights of Looe town are a 5 minute drive or a 15 minute walk along the stunning South West Coast Path.
