Lovely five-bedroom, pet-friendly family home surrounded by gardens, woodland, and lovely walks.

About Trerieve

Can't decide between a beautiful rural location or a sea view? Why not have both! The setting of Trerieve must be the dream forever home for any family. This lovely 5 bedroom property has three large lawned areas, ample parking, a woodland to explore and furnished patio areas, there is plenty of space to enjoy and something for all the family.

With level access to the ground floor of the property, the old farmhouse has a large open plan kitchen dining area on the ground floor as well as a family lounge, conservatory, shower room, and a separate wc. The kitchen is fully equipped with double ovens, microwave, induction hob, larder fridge, and dishwasher and there is also a utility room with a freezer and washing machine. The dining area is open to the bright conservatory a perfect place to sit at any time of day and look out over the gardens and there is access from here to the patio and outside areas. The downstairs shower room has been newly renovated for 2022 and includes a rain shower.

Upstairs are the five bedrooms, four of which enjoy the sea views. There are four double bedrooms, two with king size beds, one with a standard double and one with a small double which is more suitable for just one guest. The fifth bedroom, which is at the back of the house, is a large twin bedroom perfect for children. All rooms have ample clothes storage and bed linens and house towels are provided. The family bathroom has a bath, wash hand basin, bidet and wc.

A 10-15 minute walk down the hill (longer on the way back up as it is steep) will see you in the village of Downderry where there is a large dog friendly beach, local convenience store and the Inn on the Shore Pub which looks out over the beach and bay. Another 5 -10 minute walk along the coast road, or half hour along the beach when the tide is out, is Seaton where there are three popular eateries, a play park for children and a lovely walk up the valley following the river.
