Ground floor accommodation comprises an open plan lounge kitchen diner with juliet balcony at the dining area and main balcony off the lounge. Fully fitted with sleek high gloss units the kitchen includes double Neff ovens, ceramic hob, extractor, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier. The lounge area is comfortably furnished and has a 44" flat screen 4K Smart TV with Netflix available for guests to log in with own account. Upstairs are three bedrooms, which can be arranged as three doubles (one king size) or two doubles and a twin - when arranged as a twin the beds are 29" and therefore considered more suitable for children. The main family bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle and en suite to the double bedroom is a shower room. There is ample storage throughout and high quality bed linens and towels are provided. There is a small balcony off the en suite double room which enjoys the same lovely river views.
Outside are two reserved parking spaces and a lockable space suitable for the storage of kayaks or bikes. The town of Looe is just a five minute walk along the rivers edge (please read accessibility statement for more information) where there are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as the main sandy beach. Westcove will suit those looking to be close to all the amenities, in a high standard of accommodation, whilst being able to enjoy the comings and goings on the river and watching the wildlife in the fields beyond the river.
