This fabulous apartment is joining the books for the Summer of 2022. Newly refurbished throughout and with fantastic sea views, parking, and a balcony this is a great find for late bookers.
The apartment has an open-plan lounge dining area which enjoys the 180 degree views over the river mouth at Looe, up the river, across the beach, all the way to Rame head and around the bay. The dining table is perfectly placed to maximise the views over family meal times. There is a comfortable L-shaped sofa and 55" Smart TV and the property has free wifi. From this room is a small balcony where two can enjoy the comings and goings of the river mouth. Also overlooking the same views is the master bedroom with king size bed and en suite shower room.
To the rear of the property are a second bedroom with twin beds, a third with bunk beds and the family bathroom with bath and shower over. Also the kitchen which is fully fitted with electric oven and grill, gas hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and washer dryer.
Hannafore beach is a two minute walk away and West Looe square is five minutes. There are numerous shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs to enjoy as well as boat trips, boat hire and coastal path walks with the beautiful South West Coastal Path being just a five minute walk from the door. Arches has a reserved parking space and with gas central heating guests can be sure of a comfortable stay all year round.
