Additional suitability notes

There is a gradually sloped, stepped zig-zag path down from the parking area. The steps are not steep and have a handrail. There is a further set of external steps leading down to the door of the apartment and a few steps inside. No smoking and no pets.

This place was a complete refuge for peace, quality, everything provided, second to none. The views were spectacular and you would never tire of waking up to the sound of the sea, the scenery giving you a smile in your heart. We did not want to leave.

The Arches is a beautiful property with the most incredible view! We spent hours (including during a storm) savouring every minute of the expansive view across East Looe harbour, beach and stunning coastline. The pictures do show this but can't really capture how impressive this is whilst relaxing at the dining table or in the double bed. Everything in the property is well kept, I think recently renovated and extremely convenient. We enjoyed walking to East Looe (along the harbour for about 15 mins) and along the coastal path from Hannaford point (pretty much directly outside). There is much to do locally, whether on foot or by car e.g. shopping in East Looe, exploring Polperro, trekking across Bodmin moor and much more... We would love to return one day!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location looking over the ocean was very special indeed. The apartment was clean, warm and comfortable. The location was perfect as we could walk into the town or onto the beach for a play. Lots to do and see in Looe. There were a lot of surfers out and cold water swimmers. Our son enjoyed flying his kite on the beach. We highly recommend the Thai restaurant and the Indian. We had takeaway as easier with kids.

We had a wonderful stay in Looe, it was such a beautiful setting and easy to get to west Looe. The place had everything we needed, was super clean and well presented. Our kids had a great time. We loved Looe, with the cute shops and lots of place to grab a bit of food. We even managed to see some of ‘Beyond Paradise’ being filmed on the beach.

We LOVED this place! It was fabulous very clean and modern but very cosy! We stayed for our first family holiday with our 3 month old. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped. The views are amazing! We will definitely be coming every year! The only thing I would say is the stairs surrounding the property were more than we expected however stairs are all over Cornwall and we managed it with our baby. LOVED IT!
