This lovely modern apartment sits in a commanding position in West Looe with lovely views over the bustling harbour and to the sea. The restaurants, cafes, beaches, pubs and harbourside are all within walking distance making this a perfect base for guests to explore Looe.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has two bedrooms, one master bedroom with king size bed and a second small bedroom to the rear of the apartment in which the beds can be arranged as another king or as 2'6" singles (which are considered more suitable for children). The lounge is a bright and airy room with high ceilings and a large bay window with a window seat from where the fabulous views can be enjoyed. There is ample soft seating and a large Smart TV making evenings in comfortable for all the family. The kitchen dining area includes an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a family shower room with shower, wc and wash hand basin. To the rear of the property is a laundry room with a shared washing machine. The property has been newly decorated and furnished for the 2023 season and is a welcoming space where guest comfort has been taken into consideration throughout.

To the front of the property is a good size patio area from where the 180 degree views can be enjoyed throughout the day. This area is shared with the two apartments upstairs but each apartment has their own set of furniture. This is the perfect spot to sit and watch the hustle and bustle of boats coming and going in the river. Please note there is a slope of about 30 paces leading up to the front of the building and a flight of steps at the top.

On road free parking at Hannafore a 6-7 minute walk and pay parking is available in the Millpool car park a 5-10 minute walk from the property.

I spent 4 days in this little slice of heaven. The property is immaculate and has everything you need, the views are stunning. If you can tear yourself away from the property it's a short walk down the hill to the harbour, across the bridge to town and the beach. I had a fabulous break and will definitely be back.

Plenty of things to do in close proximity and Helena was more than kind and helpful when we needed to get hold of her.
