Perfectly situated in the heart of Looe town centre, Clock Tower View is a wonderful apartment just a few minutes walk from the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs.

About Clock Tower View

Clock Tower View, as the name suggests, is situated in the heart of Looe overlooking the Clock Tower. It Is a lovely, bright apartment for 3/4 guests with everything you need right on the doorstep. 

New to the holiday market for 2021 the accommodation comprises a lounge/dining area, comfortably furnished with a corner sofa (which converts to a sofa bed) and a 43" Smart TV. The dining table sits in the window where you can enjoy the view of the town. The beach, shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs are all within easy walking distance and there are many fine eateries to enjoy. Many moons ago the Looe Hotel had an access corridor over the passageway to its bedrooms, this now forms the quirky kitchen at Clock Tower View. It is a lovely light kitchen with large window that overlooks the main street, arranged with a breakfast bar and two stools, this is a great spot to sit with a cup of tea or coffee and watch the world go by! The main bedroom is a good sized room with king size bed and ample clothes storage and there is a second bedroom arranged as a single but with a pull out bed below for a fourth guest. The fully refurbished modern shower room completes the accommodation. 

Light and airy throughout and with efficient electric heating, Clock Tower View is a great place for a holiday all year round. Parking is available in the Millpool car park which is a 5-10 minute walk away. The train station is also within easy walking distance.

Clock Tower View is a first floor apartment accessed by a set of approximately 15 gradual stone steps at the side of the building and then a flight of 14 metal stairs to the apartment door. Please see the Facilities tab for further info and accessibility.

Kitchen: Induction hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere.

General: Modern electric heating throughout. Bed linen and towels are provided, guests are asked to bring their own beach towels. There is an iron and ironing board and a hairdryer is provided.

Dining: Collapsible dining table and four chairs.

Entertainment: Free wifi, 43" Smart TV in the lounge.

Outside: Parking is available in the Millpool car park a 5-10 minute walk from the property. From 1st April to 31st October, a weekly ticket costs approx £40.00 and a monthly pass is less at £28.25, the daily rate is £5.70. From 1st November to 31st March the daily rate is £2.40. Tickets can be purchased over the phone on arrival. The train station is a 5-minute walk.
